What if the item is damaged or defective when it arrives?
You must notified us within 24 hours of delivery at firstname.lastname@example.org. Kindly send us a couple of photos of the damage, with a brief explanation. Our team will assess the damage and, if approved, we will arrange to collect the item from you for repair or a replacement. It is very important that you inspect your product upon delivery, as you will be required to sign a form confirming that it was received in a good condition.
What if I do not like the product I ordered when it arrives?
You can return it to us within 7 days of delivery for a refund. Simply contact us with a brief explanation, and we’ll arrange for it to be collected by our delivery partners. You should read our terms and conditions for more information on refunds.
